Backstagers Indonesia is a national community and collective of event professionals, organizers, and creative teams dedicated to creating, managing, and supporting high-impact events, including festivals, corporate gatherings, competitions, and exhibitions across Indonesia.

Membership is open to individuals and companies involved in event planning, production, technical services, or event-based business. We welcome both emerging talents and established professionals from across the country.

To apply, you must submit a completed application form along with supporting documents, including proof of your involvement in the events industry. Applications are reviewed once a year (March/April). Details are available on our Membership page.

Yes, Backstagers Indonesia is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization dedicated to supporting the growth and professionalism of the event industry in Indonesia.

We support a wide range of events, including cultural festivals, music concerts, sport championships, exhibitions, creative industry meetups, and national-scale forums. We also help with permits, concepts, production teams, and more.

Yes. We offer consulting, creative direction, talent sourcing, production support, and full execution services through our network of experienced event professionals.
